We want you to be happy with your purchase and we really sorry if you are not. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original condition with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused and unwashed
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole, nor showing any signs of wear.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process a refund or exchange, even if items have been returned to us. Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
We must be notified within 14 days, should you wish to return an item, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Unless faulty, we will not cover postage costs for the return. When returning, we require the items to be sent via recorded delivery to ensure safe receipt. Upon receipt of your goods, we will issue a refund, however we do not refund the original postage fee.
